Hello, I’m Cassie

Having previously worked as an Events Manager for 5years I decided to follow my passion in food.

Training at Leiths School of Food and Wine and I achieved my diploma in 2012 and have been delivering unique experiences both private and corporate clients ever since.

Three major influences to my food are seasonality, my love of travel and keeping it simple… allowing the food to speak for itself.
As well as creating a unique culinary experience for you and your guests I ensure that all foods I use are sustainably sourced. I also strive to ensure your party or event runs smoothly via my team of highly experienced chefs and hosts/hostess’, and my invaluable industry contacts, all on hand to add the finishing touches.
